If you are paying by check or money order there is a discount of 4.5 %.

Please make your check or money order payable to "Tour Beyond, Inc" – China Spree’s corporate name,  and mail it along with your ACTUAL passport, completed and signed China visa application form, and one 2x2 photo to our office at the address below:

Credit Card Option

If you would like to pay with credit card, please fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form
and mail it along with your ACTUAL passport, completed and signed China visa application form, and one 2x2 photo to our office at the address below:

Passport & China Visa

You need both a valid passport and a visa to visit China. You must provide the following items in order for China Spree to handle your visa application.

* Your ACTUAL passport
* Completed and signed China Visa Application Form  
* One piece of 2x2 passport photo glued to the China Visa Form 
* Cost is an additional 150.00

The China Visa is only valid for 3 months; therefore we will not process the visa application until about 50 days prior to departure date. If you cannot send the passport to us in a timely manner due to your other travel arrangements, please contact us for details. 
 
Please be advised that China Consulate does not accept China visa applications by mail. If you decide to handle the China visa yourself, you must physically submit your application to the China Consulate.
 
2) Please make sure your passport is valid and has at least 6-month remaining validity after the proposed China entry date. Your passport must have at least one entirely blank page for the visa sticker. We must have your actual passport to process your China visa.  
 
3) If you are U.S. resident holding a green card, you must provide a clear copy of both sides of your green card along with your visa application kit. If you are non-U.S. citizen and don’t have a green card, you must handle the China visa on your own. 
 
5) Your passport and China visa will be returned to you, by Fedex, with other travel documents about two weeks prior to departure. If you request the passport being processed or returned to you sooner, additional service and mailing fees apply.
 
6) Please mail your documents to the following address using courier such as FedEx or UPS so you can track the delivery of your important documents. We don’t recommend U.S. postal service.

Travel Documents

7) Travel documents including air tickets, passports and visa (where applicable), final itinerary, luggage tags, credential holder and other travel essentials will be sent to you approximately two weeks prior to departure date via FedEx.

Cancellation & Refund

Notification of tour cancellation for any reason must be in writing. Verbal cancellation by phone is not acceptable. Any cancellation refunds will be calculated from the date the written cancellation is received in our offices.

Traveler(s) unable to complete the vacation for any reason acknowledge that any and all unused portion(s) of the vacation package is neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Should the traveler(s) cancellation change the room configuration and thereby incurs a single supplement charge to a roommate the amount of charge will be deducted from the travelers' refund. This is in addition to any other cancellation fees that may apply.

To receive any refund, all air tickets and all other travel documents must be returned to Tour Beyond, Inc. Applicable refunds will be processed promptly following receipt of the written cancellation and documents.

Cancellation Policy (Cancellation penalty is assessed according to the number of days prior to departure date)

60 days or more-------------------------$1000 per person
59 days to 31 days---------------------$1500 per person
30 days to 15 days---------------------$2500 tour fare per person
14 days or less--------------------------100% tour fare  per person

China visa handling fee is non-refundable once the visa application is submitted to China consulate and will be added to the above penalty. Once the tour starts, any unused tour features are neither refundable nor transferable.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend you to purchase travel insurance for a peace of mind. China Spree recommends Travelex. 
 
Please feel free to sign up with any other insurance provider whose products may suit you best. Most insurance companies request you to make an enrollment within 21 days (some request 14 days) in order to waive your pre-existing medical conditions.
